1:1 Yoga

Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning to movement after time away, or looking for a practice that feels supportive and sustainable, I am pleased to offer one-to-one sessions tailored entirely to you.

Together we’ll create space to move, breathe, build strength and mobility, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body, without pressure or perfection.

These sessions are especially suitable if you:

60-minute private session — £40
4-session package — £140 (£35/session)


✺ I can come to your home and bring everything needed for your practice (free within a 15km radius, an £5 additional fee outside of this) or we can hire a studio space for an additional £10 per session.
