I teach yoga as an embodied practice, a connection of mind, body, and soul.

My classes invite you to listen inward, moving with breath, sensation, and intuition rather than external expectations. Choice is always offered, rest is always respected, and stillness is just as welcome as movement.

Yoga, to me, is not about flexibility or performance. It’s for every body, exactly as it is. My teaching is grounded in the belief that your body knows best, and my intention is to create a space that feels safe, inclusive, and human, where you can explore, soften, and leave feeling more at home in yourself.
