At Enchanted Wellness, we move to feel, not to fix.

I help people build a kinder relationship with their bodies through embodied movement, nervous system, trauma and somatic informed practices and compassionate wellbeing.

I believe movement should feel supportive rather than punishing, and wellness should be rooted in curiosity rather than perfection.

Through yoga, embodied movement and Reiki, I create welcoming spaces where you can reconnect with yourself, build strength, regulate, feel and move in a way that feels good for your body.

Whether you’re stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time, exploring mindful, intentional movement or simply looking for an hour to breathe and reconnect, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

My Yoga Classes

My teaching combines the grounding nature of Hatha yoga with gentle Vinyasa influences, creating classes that are accessible, supportive, and adaptable for all bodies and abilities.

Reiki

My Reiki treatments provide relaxation and restoration, supporting your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing through gentle, hands-on or hands-off energy work.
